Legacy now has 1.5v FB DIMMs in PC2-5300 (667mhz) speed. The low-voltage FB DIMM has the identical timing and operating parameters as the standard FB DIMMs. Our unregulated power rails allow for maximum power conservation. These FB DIMMs are available in 1GB and 2GB densities.
